Lync 2013 Client: April 2014 Update

You will need to have the following pre-requisites installed:

MSO (KB2727096), MSORES (KB2817624), IDCRL (KB2817626), and Lynchelp (KB2817678).  These have likely been previously installed.

Microsoft Lync Room System Management Pack

The LRS SCOM management pack allows video conferencing room administrators to monitor all the LRS deployed on campus. They can go to the SCOM console to know the health of all LRS and the specific issues faced by each LRS. Once they know the issue remotely, they can triage it and either fix the issue on the infrastructure/server side or send the right person to the room to address a given situation.
